
Check out Food & Wine Magazine, November issue, for a lovely Sunday roast shoot we did in the Shelbourne Hotel, on St Stephens Green. Executive Chef Garry Hughes was slaving away in the kitchen while my self and Ross drank lovely coffee and eating divine little cakes. We did work eventually, but it was way to relaxed surroundings. Our only problem as in all my world, the courses never come in the right order, but im getting used to having my desert first. Dinner parties at my house have become more interesting of what u will get served and when. Anyways, go look at page 49, Garry's Hereford beef roast was amazing, but his yorkshire puddings were a wounder to behold, he gave me lessons.
