Happy Friday All

Check out the RTE Guide this week, its got loads good food ideas in a free magazine from Donal Skehan, Domni Kemp, Catherine Fulvio, Derry Clarke and of course Kevin Dundon, pictured across with his take on Salad Nicoise. The grilled Tuna which we got in Lawlors, upper Rathmines, was so fresh it was still moving on the plate.

Also when you are browsing through the lovely recepies, take not of their lovely sponser, Erin soups. We worked on these lifestyle images with them a few months back. The football image, looking like a nice March day was actually start of January, and we were waiting till the snow went. The field was supplied by Alsaa Gym, beside the airport.
